When I do something I invest everything I have into the endeavor.
I am not doing this for myself, but for the students which is why I strive to make sure the students know that they are important to me, as is their success. I believe that in an educational environment the rehearsal space is just as important as the classroom, which is why I strive to establish a positive atmosphere - treating everyone with the respect they deserve, collaborating, and encouraging creativity. Both in and out of the classroom.
